Refund Policy
St. Francis de Sales School, Burburia follows a transparent refund and cancellation policy.
1. Admission Fees
- Admission fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Fees paid for confirmed admissions will not be returned under normal circumstances
2. Duplicate / Excess Payment
- Any excess or duplicate payment made will be refunded after verification.
- Requests must be submitted in writing to the school office.
3. Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation must be requested officially via written application/email.
- Refund (if applicable) will be processed as per school management approval.
4. Online Payment Issues
- If an amount is debited but transaction fails, refund will be processed automatically or after verification.
5. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
- Convenience fees / payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
